Personal Growth is a journey

You know those friendships that have always been part of your life and you’re more like sisters than friends? 💛 That’s how I spent my weekend. A very special friend came to visit from Rome with her family. Our time together made me pause and reflect on my personal journey.
Looking back, I realised there have been two constants throughout my life:
1️⃣ A strong support network: my family and the incredible friends who’ve walked beside me, both old and new.
2️⃣ A deep hunger for growth and evolution.
When I arrived in London at 19, I was full of hope, determination, and curiosity, but with no clear plan for the future. While studying, I worked in restaurants, shops, and even sold ice cream (a humorous nod to my Italian roots), always driven by a desire to learn and grow.
That drive became the foundation of my career: a path centred on people, change, and potential.
As well as HR, coaching and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy are powerful approaches that align deeply with my passion for growth and transformation: both can help people reconnect with their inner strength, overcome fear and anxiety, and find motivation and balance.
In many ways, that mirrors my own story: from a young woman starting fresh in a new country to someone who, through self-discovery and awareness, has found personal and professional fulfilment, whilst continuing to look for more opportunities to develop and evolve.
Personal growth isn’t a destination: it’s a continuous journey of learning, healing, and evolving.
